WHO WE ARE
Joyce Bigio serves on the board of directors of the the real-estate funds of the M&G Group
(office buildings and logistic centers), the Marathon Group (shopping malls) and Pradera
(shopping malls) and NeuroHagana, a pharmceautical company based in Israel. She
served on the boards of directors of FCA-FIAT Chrysler Automobiles, PRYSMIAN SpA
(world class leader in transmission and fibre optic cables), RAI WAY SpA (a subsidiary of
the Italian State Television, RAI), Fiera Milano SpA (trade fairs and exhibition space),
Gentium SpA, an Italian biopharma previously quoted on NASDAQ and Simmel Difesa SpA,
the then Italian subsidiary of Chemring Plc, a defense company quoted on the London
Stock Exchange.
Graduate of the University of Virginia (USA), Joyce Bigio then joined Arthur Andersen,
spending 10 years in the audit divisions in Washington and Milan. She then joined
Euromobiliare as controller of this investment bank. In the early 90’s, she worked in
London with Waste Management, first as head of European reporting, then in their
merger and acquisition department. In 1998, she was appointed CFO of Italy for Sotheby’s
and served on the boards of directors in Italy and Switzerland.
